Responsibilities:

1. Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
2. Assist with activities of daily living, including transferring and ambulating patients.
3. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to medical staff.

5. Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition.
6. Assist medical staff with administering treatments and medication.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
9. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
10. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
