Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care, including following individualized care plans, responding to patient needs, and providing assistance with activities of daily living.
2. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and their families.
3. Ensure all medical records and procedures are up to date and accurately documented.
4. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
5. Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
6. Provide patient education and support to families and other caregivers.
7. Assist with personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
8. Perform regular assessments of vital signs and other health-related indicators.
9. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
10. Follow safety protocols and adheres to infection control policies.
11. Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
