Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Office Manager. As the Business Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that all financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication and leadership skills, and is able to work well under pressure.   1. Oversee all financial and administrative tasks within the facility.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
  3. Ensure compliance with all financial and insurance regulations.
  4. Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and billing specialists.
  5. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for financial and administrative tasks.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff regarding financial matters.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  8. Monitor and analyze facility finances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  9. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain patient privacy.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to healthcare finance and administration.
  11. Represent the facility in meetings and negotiations with insurance companies and other external stakeholders.
  12. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families to ensure satisfaction with financial processes.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and administrative tasks.
  14. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new office staff.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  16. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
  17. Act as a liaison between the facility and external vendors, such as equipment suppliers and maintenance services.
  18. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, ensuring adequate levels for smooth operations.
  19. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
