Job Description

Genesis HealthCare is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Business Office Manager. We are looking for a big-picture thinker with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

  1. Work in collaboration with the Business Office Manager to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the business office.
  2. Monitor daily financial operations and manage accounts receivable.
  3. Oversee the preparation and distribution of customer invoices.
  4. Provide customer service support to resolve billing and payment issues.
  5. Create and maintain accurate records and reports of business operations.
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
  7. Manage the collection of past due accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other business partners.
  9. Assist with the training and development of staff in the business office.
  10. Monitor and analyze financial data to determine areas of improvement.
