
Assistant Business Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient business office operations and procedures.
- Monitor patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Manage billing activities, including generating and sending invoices and collecting payments.
- Reconcile financial statements and accounts.
- Perform financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes.
- Train and supervise business office personnel.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
