- Develop and implement strategic plans for Genesis HealthCare facilities in the designated area.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with facility leaders to set goals and objectives that align with the overall company strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of facilities in the designated area, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to facility leaders in the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, residents, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Forecast and track financial and operational metrics for facilities in the designated area.
- Lead and facilitate strategic planning meetings and workshops with facility leaders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the designated area.
- Communicate regularly with company leadership to provide updates on progress and results in the designated area.
- Mentor and train facility leaders to develop their strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Genesis HealthCare, promoting our mission and values in the designated area.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations And Reimbursement Systems For Healthcare.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Successful Strategic Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships With External Partners.
