  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations in the healthcare industry.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to healthcare regulations and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all new requirements.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to educate and train staff on compliance standards and procedures.
  5. Investigate and respond to any compliance-related complaints or issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant parties.
  6. Monitor and track compliance data and provide regular reports to senior management on the organization's compliance status.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulations and provide guidance and support to staff at all levels of the organization.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
  9. Coordinate and assist with any external audits or inquiries related to regulatory compliance.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and work to implement proactive measures to enhance compliance processes and procedures.
  11. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
  12. Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
  13. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
  14. Collaborate with other compliance team members to share knowledge and best practices and support each other in achieving compliance goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare, Including Hipaa, Medicare/Medicaid, And Osha.

  • Experience In Compliance: Previous Experience Working In A Compliance Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Monitoring Compliance Programs.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Advisor-Regulatory Compliance, The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial. This Includes Understanding Complex Regulations And Ensuring That All Documentation And Processes Are Compliant.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary For This Role. The Advisor-Regulatory Compliance Will Need To Effectively Communicate Compliance Requirements To Staff At All Levels And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.

  • Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations For Improvement Is Essential For This Role. The Advisor-Regulatory Compliance Will Need To Review And Interpret Compliance Data To Identify Potential Areas Of Risk And Implement Appropriate Corrective Actions.
