  1. Oversee the admissions process for all new residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our facility.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain qualified staff members who align with our company's mission and values.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper staffing levels and maintain a high standard of care for our residents.
  4. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for admissions staff.
  5. Train and mentor admissions staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to promote professional growth and development.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and maintain high occupancy rates.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate records of all admissions, including resident information, insurance coverage, and legal documentation.
  8. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to admissions and resident care.
  9. Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  10. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to address any concerns or issues related to the admissions process.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continually improve the admissions process and maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and actively promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote our facility and attract potential residents and families.
  14. Represent the facility at community events and network with other healthcare professionals to promote our services and build relationships.
  15. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to move-in and beyond.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Admissions Or Healthcare Management.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Admissions And Patient Rights.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Effectively Manage Admissions Processes And Meet Deadlines.
