- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities and track their progress.

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in senior living and activity programming.
- Collaborate with community resources and volunteers to enhance the activity program and provide new opportunities for residents.

Experience In Organizing And Leading Group Activities For Seniors: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In Planning And Executing A Variety Of Engaging Activities For Older Adults, Such As Games, Crafts, And Social Events.
Knowledge Of Senior Care And Wellness: An Activity Assistant At Genesis Healthcare Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Physical And Emotional Needs Of Seniors, As Well As The Importance Of Socialization And Maintaining A Healthy Lifestyle In Their Overall Well-Being.
