Extensive Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Wms Platforms, Including Their Functionalities, Capabilities, And Limitations. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing And Customizing Wms Solutions In A Large-Scale Warehouse Environment.
Strong Data Analysis And Reporting Skills: A Senior Business Analyst In This Role Must Be Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Power Bi. They Should Be Able To Extract And Interpret Data From Multiple Sources To Provide Insights And Recommendations For Optimizing Warehouse Processes.
Project Management Expertise: As A Senior Business Analyst, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Communicate Project Updates To Stakeholders. Experience In Agile Methodologies Is Also Highly Desirable.
