  3. Analyze test data and provide recommendations for tire design improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tire testing aligns with overall vehicle performance goals.
  5. Monitor industry trends and advancements in tire technology to inform future testing strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all tire testing procedures and results.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or anomalies during testing and provide solutions.
  8. Develop testing protocols and standard operating procedures for new tire models.
  9. Coordinate and oversee tire testing activities, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and data collection.
  10. Communicate test results and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Participate in the development and validation of new tire designs and materials.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Stay current on industry regulations and safety standards related to tire testing.
  14. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on tire testing methods and procedures.
  15. Contribute to the development of new tire technologies and processes through research and experimentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Tire Testing And Development

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tire Performance Characteristics And Industry Standards

  • Proficiency In Tire Testing Equipment And Data Analysis Software

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
