  1. Develop and implement strategic test and learn programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and design test plans to answer them.
  3. Lead and manage the execution of test and learn programs, including defining success metrics, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations.
  4. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Communicate test results and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test and learn methodologies.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  8. Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges in the test and learn process.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support test and learn initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and reporting for all test and learn programs.
  12. Drive innovation and creativity in the test and learn process to continually improve business outcomes.
  13. Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting their growth and development.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security measures for handling confidential data.
  15. Represent the company and its mission to external stakeholders, promoting a positive image and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Test And Learn Strategies In A Large-Scale Organization, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights To Drive Business Decisions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders To Execute Test And Learn Initiatives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Advanced Statistical Methodologies And Experimental Design To Design And Analyze Tests Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Communicate Test Results And Recommendations To Senior Leadership And Stakeholders.
