- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies for General Motors, including software development, build automation, and integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in build and integration strategies.
- Establish and maintain a strong vision and strategy for the Build & Integration department in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of General Motors.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve build and integration processes and make recommendations for implementation.
- Develop and maintain standards and best practices for software development, build automation, and integration.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Extensive Experience In Build And Integration: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Field Of Build And Integration, With A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Tools.
Expertise In Automation And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd): A Technical Fellow In Build & Integration Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ci/Cd Principles And Be Able To Design And Implement Efficient And Scalable Automation Processes For Software Builds And Deployments.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle, From Requirements Gathering To Deployment, And Be Able To Effectively Integrate Build And Integration Processes Into Each Stage.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Technical Fellow, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team Of Build And Integration Engineers. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Mentoring A Team To Deliver High-Quality Results.
