Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Quality Data Platforms department, overseeing a team of software engineers and quality assurance analysts.
  2. Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the data platforms, driving innovation and ensuring high quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the data platforms.
  4. Implement and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, and data management.
  5. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their technical and professional development.
  6. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data platforms and quality engineering, and proactively incorporate them into the department's processes and practices.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks in projects and processes, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and quality.
  9. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  11. Participate in recruiting and hiring efforts to build a high-performing team.
  12. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion within the team.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures, and ensure team members are also adhering to them.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the department's processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
  15. Act as a representative of the company and the department at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Expertise In Data Management, Quality Assurance, And Data Analytics.

  • Strong Communication, Project Management, And Team Leadership Skills.
