  1. Lead the development and implementation of software solutions for sales and planning strategies at General Motors.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and practices to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes and drive innovation.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.

  10. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  11. Document software designs, development processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future software maintenance and enhancements.
  12. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Sales, Planning, And Intelligence.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python.

  • Experience With Database Management And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Sql And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Team Environment.
