- Lead and manage a team of program managers to successfully execute complex programs that drive the company's success.
- Develop and implement program management strategies and processes to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Programs, With A Strong Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Budget Targets.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Six Sigma, And Pmp Certification.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
