- Oversee the execution of projects within the Factory Zero team, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Utilize expertise in execution and manufacturing to contribute to the development and improvement of electric vehicle technology.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in executing projects and meeting production goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve any potential issues in the manufacturing and execution process.

Extensive Experience In Automotive Manufacturing: A Senior Execution Engineer At Factory Zero Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Automotive Manufacturing, With A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Industry Standards.
Strong Technical Background: Candidates Should Possess A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Electrical Engineering, With A Focus On Manufacturing Systems And Processes.
Project Management Skills: The Role Requires Experience In Leading And Executing Large-Scale Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Project Timelines And Budgetary Constraints.
Knowledge Of Lean Principles: Factory Zero Operates On Lean Manufacturing Principles, So Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Lean Concepts And Be Able To Apply Them To Optimize Production Processes And Reduce Waste.
