  1. Design and develop data infrastructure to support data-driven decision making across the organization.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data sources by implementing data quality checks and monitoring processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to understand data needs and develop solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data engineering and integrate them into our data infrastructure.
  5. Optimize data pipelines and processes for efficiency and scalability.
  6. Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data governance standards.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  8. Work with large, complex datasets and develop solutions to handle data challenges.
  9. Document and communicate data engineering processes and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and train junior data engineers to improve their technical skills.
  11. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate data engineering solutions into our applications.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  14. Take ownership of data engineering projects and drive them to completion within given timelines.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And Sql, As Well As Experience Working With Big Data Frameworks Like Hadoop And Spark.

  • Expertise In Database Design, Data Modeling, And Data Warehousing, With A Strong Understanding Of Etl Processes And Data Integration Techniques.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Maintaining Data Pipelines And Data Architecture For Large-Scale, Complex Data Systems.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Statistical Analysis And Machine Learning Techniques, With The Ability To Apply Them To Solve Real-World Business Problems.
