  1. Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation for General Motors.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Salesforce technology.
  3. Continuously analyze and improve existing Salesforce processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of work.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
  7. Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on Salesforce technology and processes.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or roadblocks in Salesforce projects and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and processes.
  10. Keep a customer-centric mindset and ensure that all Salesforce solutions meet the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems and tools.
  12. Participate in planning and prioritizing projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technology and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent General Motors in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce Platform

  • Salesforce Developer And/Or Administrator Certification

  • Knowledge Of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, And Other Salesforce Technologies

  • Experience With Agile Software Development Methodologies And Tools Such As Git, Jira, And Ci/Cd Pipelines
