Plant Finance Analyst

Prepare, analyze and review plant budget, forecast and business plan financial information and performance measurements. Prepare monthly detailed reporting and analysis of actual financial results and forecast development that accurately depicts all known cost driver changes. Ensure all required and necessary accounting entries are processed and reconciled monthly in accordance with GM policies and procedures. Provide support and assistance to departments and staff heads in achieving appropriate cost targets by providing accurate and timely data for indirect material, overtime, productivity, and scrap. Maintain effective internal controls and ensure Fiduciary responsibility over all plant activities, including support of process risk management, protection of assets, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Prepare special studies and business cases when necessary, providing financial analysis, consultation, and decision support.
