1. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for the organization.
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in HR, business units, and other departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
3. Design and execute data analysis projects to support various HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics to continuously improve and enhance our analytics capabilities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather relevant data from various sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
