  • Conduct research and development to improve the performance of NASCAR vehicles
  • Collaborate with other engineers and team members to design, test, and implement new technologies and components
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize vehicle speed and handling
  • Utilize advanced tools and software to model and simulate vehicle performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in high-performance vehicle engineering
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and components
  • Conduct on-track testing and provide real-time feedback to drivers and team members
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues during races and in the shop
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations with team members and management
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on and around race vehicles
  • Continuously seek out new methods and techniques to push the limits of speed and performance on the racetrack.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Automotive Engineering, Preferably In Nascar

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Vehicle Dynamics And Aerodynamics

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Data Analysis Tools

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment And Adapt To Changing Race Conditions
