- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical piping systems in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on systems to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mechanical piping systems, and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize technical knowledge and experience to effectively and efficiently complete piping installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Continuously stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to improve work performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in all tasks and projects.
Completion Of An Accredited Apprenticeship Program In Pipefitting Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pipefitting, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Environment.
Knowledge Of Blueprints, Schematics, And Technical Manuals Related To Pipefitting And Mechanical Systems.
Familiarity With Welding, Brazing, And Soldering Techniques For Metal Pipes And Fittings.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Mechanical Systems, Including Pumps, Valves, And Hydraulic Systems.
