
Marketing Standards and Optimization Manager
Lead development of annual budget recommendation process in collaboration with finance and analytics teams. Work closely with corporate and brand leadership to ensure business priorities are understood and aligned to budgeting framework throughout the marketing planning and activation cycle. Utilize internal and external data, benchmarking, and research to improve our data-driven budgeting recommendations. Work very closely with finance counterparts to develop and manage annual marketing budget recommendations and revisions throughout the year. Lead development of processes to holistically evaluate effectiveness of marketing investments. In collaboration with research and analytics teams, identify opportunities to improve budgeting inputs, metrics, and processes annually. Manage Digital Ad Quality project with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Track record of enabling strategic and operational change management
Proven experience leading large, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
5+ years’ experience working with or in complex organizations is preferred
Experience with marketing attribution and modeling tools preferred
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
