  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes in line with company objectives and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process optimization.
  5. Utilize advanced technology and tools to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  7. Train and mentor production team members on new processes and technologies.
  8. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the manufacturing process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and continuously seek out new technologies and methods to improve production processes.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on process improvements and any potential issues.
  13. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input and recommendations for process improvements.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source new materials and equipment for production processes.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Process Engineering Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Systems, Such As Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, And Kaizen.

  • Experience With Automotive Manufacturing And/Or Assembly Processes Preferred.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
