Strong Leadership Skills: As A Group Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Production Workers. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Communicate Effectively, And Motivate Team Members To Meet Production Goals.
