  1. Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility and ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  3. Monitor and track production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of any issues.
  5. Create and maintain work schedules for production workers, ensuring adequate coverage to meet production targets.
  6. Train and onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
