Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Lead A Team Of Production Workers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Motivating A Diverse Group Of Employees, As Well As The Ability To Delegate Tasks And Make Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
