
Manufacturing Group Leader - Production

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Maintain accurate production records and reports, providing regular updates to management on production progress and any issues that arise.
Previous Experience In A Manufacturing Environment: A Manufacturing Group Leader - Production At General Motors Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Manufacturing Setting, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Foundation And Understanding Of The Production Processes And Operations At General Motors.
Leadership Skills: As A Group Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Production Workers And Ensuring That They Meet Their Production Goals. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are A Must, Including The Ability To Motivate, Coach, And Develop Team Members.
Technical Knowledge: A Manufacturing Group Leader - Production Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Production Equipment, Processes, And Technologies Used At General Motors. This Includes Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles, Quality Control Techniques, And Safety Procedures.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Manufacturing Group Leader - Production At General Motors. This Individual Will Need To Communicate With Team Members, Other Departments, And Upper Management To Ensure That Production Goals Are Met And Any Issues Are Addressed Promptly.
