- Oversee the production of high-quality patterns used in the manufacturing process.
- Lead a team of production workers in the Pattern Shop department.
- Ensure that all production processes are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for pattern production.
- Train and develop team members on production processes and safety protocols.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Technical Expertise: This Role Requires A Comprehensive Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, As Well As Hands-On Experience Working With Pattern Shop Tools And Equipment. Candidates Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Quality Control Measures.
