  1. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our production facility.
  2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for maintenance processes and ensure they are followed by team members.
  3. Monitor and maintain equipment performance and efficiency, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  4. Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  5. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety among team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  8. Monitor and manage maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance management.
  10. Handle any personnel issues, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and any issues that may impact production.
  12. Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills and promoting a positive work culture.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
