As a Group Leader, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.   1. Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the safe and effective operation of manufacturing equipment.
  3. Monitor and analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements and cost-saving measures.
  4. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth and coordinated production operations.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs and inventory.
  8. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles and responsibilities.
  9. Adhere to all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices, implementing new techniques and technologies as appropriate.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficient In Computer-Aided Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Other Related Software.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, With Experience In Implementing And Enforcing Them.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians, Including Performance Management And Training.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks Effectively To Meet Production Goals.
