- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in maintenance techniques.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source required parts and equipment for maintenance activities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Several Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Maintenance Processes And Procedures, Including Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Repair.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing And Enforcing Them In A Fast-Paced Work Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Maintenance Technicians.
Proficient In Using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Managing Costs For Maintenance Projects.
