  1. Lead the development and implementation of MuleSoft based software solutions for General Motors' automotive business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  3. Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in MuleSoft technology.
  4. Mentor and guide junior software engineers to improve their technical skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  5. Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the MuleSoft solutions.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development and implementation process.
  9. Collaborate with other software engineers to continuously improve the overall software architecture and design.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide status updates, address concerns, and present solutions.
  11. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and other relevant guidelines.
  12. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Stay updated with emerging MuleSoft technologies and recommend their adoption in ongoing projects.
  14. Take initiative in identifying and proposing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Represent General Motors as a subject matter expert in MuleSoft at conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
