  • Lead the development and implementation of MarTech Analytics and Data Capture systems at General Motors.
  • Utilize expertise in MarTech analytics and data capture to improve marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data capture needs for various business objectives.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
  • Continuously track and report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to inform product development and roadmap.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Strong Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Martech Analytics And Data Capture. They Should Be Well-Versed In Product Development, Launch, And Optimization Strategies.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Martech Tools And Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Martech Tools And Platforms Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, And Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They Should Be Able To Utilize These Tools To Drive Insights And Optimize Data Capture Efforts.

  • Excellent Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills: A Lead Product Manager In This Role Should Possess Advanced Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Insights From Large Data Sets To Inform Product Strategy And Decision-Making.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Martech Space. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Drive User Adoption And Achieve Business Goals Through Effective Product Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Oversee A Team Of Product Managers And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Product Vision, Strategy, And Updates To Stakeholders At All Levels.
