- Lead the development and implementation of MarTech analytics and data capture capabilities for General Motors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmap and strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product development and growth.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously gather feedback for future improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MarTech and data analytics to ensure General Motors remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Develop and manage product budgets and timelines.
- Ensure product compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Present product updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Represent General Motors at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Lead Product Manager For Martech Analytics & Data Capture At General Motors Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products.
Strong Knowledge Of Martech And Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Martech Tools And Platforms, As Well As Experience With Data Analytics And Capture. They Should Be Able To Leverage Data To Inform Product Decisions And Drive Business Growth.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Lead Product Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Product Managers And Working Cross-Functionally With Other Departments. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Product Goals.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: General Motors Is A Global Company With A Complex Product Portfolio. The Lead Product Manager Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Solve Problems Creatively To Drive Innovation And Growth In The Martech And Data Capture Space.
