-Develop and implement effective marketing technology strategies to support business goals -Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure successful implementation of MarTech initiatives -Oversee data capture processes and ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing efforts -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to identify and prioritize data needs for various campaigns and projects -Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in MarTech analytics -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to continuously improve and optimize processes -Create and maintain a roadmap for MarTech analytics and data capture, setting clear goals and timelines for implementation -Work closely with data teams to ensure proper data governance and compliance with privacy regulations -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting data and insights to senior leadership -Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in regards to MarTech analytics and data capture -Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives -Train and mentor team members on best practices for product management and data analytics.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Martech Analytics And Data Capture Tools And Techniques.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Complex Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Data-Driven Mindset And The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights And Strategies.
