  1. Assist the Corporate Giving team in executing philanthropic initiatives and programs.
  2. Conduct research and gather information on potential charitable organizations and causes for GM to support.
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to corporate giving activities.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate donation requests and track contributions.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for maximizing the impact of corporate giving efforts.
  6. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing correspondence.
  7. Attend events and participate in community outreach activities to represent GM's corporate giving efforts.
  8. Assist with the evaluation and analysis of corporate giving programs to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate philanthropy.
  10. Uphold GM's values and foster positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Corporate Giving team.
