Job Description

Responsible for developing ARM and Bicep templates for Azure PaaS and IaaS deployments. Responsible for developing PowerShell and Azure CLI scripts to augment Azure deployments. Platform as a Service (PaaS) components such as Azure Application Services, Azure Kubernetes, Functions, Data Services, Caches, Queues, etc. Database as a Service (DBaaS) resources such as PostgreSQL, Azure SQL and noSQL DBs. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) eg Virtual Machines. Developing and deploying Azure security and operational policies. Interpreting requirements and implementing role-based access control on Azure resources. Operational support and troubleshooting environments. Using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to deploy infrastructure. Managing version control, merging, branching, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience developing/deploying IT infrastructure in a professional/corporate environment

  • No experience of developing ARM or Bicep required

  • Scripting or programming experience is highly beneficial
