  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  2. Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency.
  3. Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Design and implement systems and processes to track and monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production.
  7. Identify and resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve production processes.
  9. Train and educate production staff on new processes and procedures.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in production processes.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.
  12. Participate in new product development and provide input on design for manufacturability.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in production processes.
  14. Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  15. Regularly report on key performance indicators to management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Methodologies.
