
HR Total Rewards – Brand and Engagement Lead
Create positive and consistent messaging that adheres to our Company and Total Rewards identity, building on our “rewarding careers that reward you personally” theme. Utilize business intuition and grasp multi-year plan to align and develop and prioritize high impact Total Rewards marketing campaigns and communications. Communicate complex compensation and benefits matters clearly and concisely. Develop innovative and engaging compensation and benefits materials that extend beyond the open enrollment period to provide a best-in-class experience for all employees year-round. Define and implement communication tools and approaches depending on the needs of the business and employees. Monitor industry and external market to provide analysis on the impact of relevant developments in the compensation and benefits areas to appropriate Center of Expertise (CoE) partners. Partner with data analytics group to develop and monitor appropriate KPIs for partnering with marketing groups.
Experience in sharing complex topics to large audiences
Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with data and analytics to set metrics and measure performance
