You get to lead the designated area of expertise at GM at the department, business function, regional or enterprise scope. Working with other data and analytics teams embedded in the Lines of Business and functions, you will set the overall operational priorities and road map. You will work with HR to develop a robust talent management strategy for this critical and unique area of expertise and build greater internal capabilities. You will help ensure GM becomes a destination spot for the clever people needed in this space. Using data and experience you will identify and develop new opportunities to strengthen the business from both a cost reduction and revenue generation perspective. You will serve as the enterprise-wide CoE within a specific area of Data Science & Analytics and ensure strong connection with external professional network that enables knowledge of latest trends, tools, systems, etc.
