  1. Lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical support to customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality of service.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  6. Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  7. Train and mentor team members on technical knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  10. Represent General Motors in a professional and positive manner at all times.
