- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to provide updates and solutions.
- Proactively identify potential electrical issues and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by implementing new processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support In The Automotive Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Systems And Components Used In Gm Vehicles
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members
Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, Prioritize Tasks, And Handle Multiple Customer Inquiries Simultaneously.
