  1. Develop and implement media strategies that effectively target diverse audiences, including but not limited to racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and individuals with disabilities.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and prioritize key audiences and platforms for reaching diverse communities.
  3. Plan and execute media campaigns that align with the company's diversity and inclusion goals and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusivity in media and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
  6. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for diversity and inclusivity within the company, actively promoting and championing diverse perspectives and voices.
  7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse media outlets, influencers, and community organizations to expand the company's reach and impact.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all media channels.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for diverse media campaigns and initiatives.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of diverse media professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.
  11. Participate in diversity and inclusion events and initiatives both internally and externally to promote the company's commitment to diversity.
  12. Represent the company in media interviews and public speaking engagements to discuss diversity and inclusivity efforts and initiatives.
  13. Conduct regular research and analysis on diversity and inclusion trends and demographics to inform media strategies and plans.
  14. Collaborate with HR to ensure diversity and inclusivity are incorporated into recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and evolve diversity and inclusivity efforts within the company and make recommendations for future initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Media Planning Or Management, Preferably In A Diverse Or Multicultural Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Media Landscape And Trends, Including Digital And Social Media Platforms

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Diverse Media Strategies To Reach And Engage Diverse Audiences.
