- Oversee the performance and development of the OnStar & Loyalty division in Indianapolis, IN.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and other departments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision making.
- Collaborate with other district managers and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the division.
- Identify training and development needs for team members and provide necessary support.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And/Or Marketing, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Results.
Strong Knowledge Of Onstar And Loyalty Programs, As Well As The Automotive Market In Indianapolis, In.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.
