
Director, Human Resources/Labor Relations

- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to effectively manage the company's human capital and labor relations in alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's human resources function, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions and negotiate collective bargaining agreements to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on human resources and labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and support employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop and implement solutions to address any issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in human resources and labor relations to continuously improve the company's practices and policies.
- Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR and labor relations strategies and initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, training, and support to foster their growth and ensure high-quality services to the organization.
- Represent the company in external labor relations and HR-related activities, such as conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within Human Resources And Labor Relations.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Labor Contracts.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Negotiating Labor Contracts.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Conflict Resolution Skills.
