- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and HR analytics to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Participate in data-related projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support to drive success.
- Mentor and train junior team members on data engineering best practices and technologies.
- Uphold company values and maintain a professional and ethical work environment at all times.
A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Data Science, Or Statistics.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Data Engineering Tools And Technologies, Such As Sql, Python, Hadoop, And Etl Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Large And Complex Datasets.
Knowledge Of Data Modeling And Database Design Principles, As Well As Experience With Data Warehousing And Data Governance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Understand Business Needs And Translate Them Into Data Solutions.
