
Corporate Development and Global M&A - Analyst
Corporate Development Analysts work within and/or lead project teams to deliver on key corporate development initiatives that influence and set corporate strategy. Manage post-transaction partner relationships to ensure proper execution of and accountability for committed deliverables. Leverage sharp financial acumen and computer skills to perform fundamental financial modelling and analysis. Research industry and value chain dynamics and landscapes. Manage multiple, competing priorities, often within tight timing expectations. Plan, manage and execute projects with quality and precision
3-5 years of experience in business or a functional environment
Strong preference for corporate development, investment banking, or consulting experience
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
