  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
  11. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components for control systems.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization in control system designs.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers on control system design and development.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to showcase our control system capabilities.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Controls Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry

  • Proficiency In Plc Programming And Hmi Design

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Control Systems, Such As Can Protocols And Safety Standards (Iso 26262)

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Control Issues.
